Samsung Wave, the world's first DivX HD certified phone



As Samsung Wave is officially announced, its SIM-free price has been revealed. It will be available online at a price of €379 SIM-free and it is also expected to be released soon in the European countries.
Samsung Wave has already created much curiosity with the many 'firsts' this device has been labeled with lately. The Samsung bada phone is also much searched device online ever since the company announced that it plans to ship 10 million Wave phones. As reported earlier, Samsung Wave comes preloaded with Samsung’s latest addition of TouchWiz 3.0, a 1 GHz snapdragon processor and motion UI. Equipped with a 3.3 inch Super AMOLED WVGA touchscreen display, Samsung Wave comes with a 5 megapixel snapper with LED flash, autofocus, and photo editor.

The bada device sports HSDPA and Wi-Fi connectivity for high speed internet. The other key features include support for 720p video capture and playback, A-GPS, 2GB internal memory and support for microSD cards up to a maximum of 32GB.
